Archangel Global ("Gabe Shirey," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Gabe Shirey brand and this page at gabeshirey.com and provides the Parent Prompt Playbook (the "Playbook"). By submitting the form or downloading the Playbook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not download it.
The Playbook is a free digital resource containing 100 conversation-starter questions to ask your kids. You request it by entering your first name and email address. We deliver it to that email address as a PDF.
There is no charge for the Playbook and nothing is sold on this page. We do not ask for payment details and we do not take payment here. Because nothing is purchased, there is no refund, exchange, or cancellation to process.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download the Playbook and use it with your own family. You may print copies for household use.
You may not:
If you want to share the Playbook with a group, school, congregation, or team, contact us at [email protected]. We say yes to most of these. Send people to this page rather than forwarding the file.
The Playbook, this page, and all text, design, graphics, logos, and video on it are owned by Archangel Global or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your license under section 4 is the only right granted. Nothing else is transferred.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that the email address is yours or that you are authorized to use it, and that you are at least 18 years old. Do not submit information about a child. We do not want it and we do not need it.
When you request the Playbook, we send you the file and then a short series of emails about our content, books, workshops, and programs. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link and you can use it at any time. We do not collect a phone number on this page and we do not send text messages to people who download the Playbook.
The Playbook is educational parenting content based on personal experience and general practice. It is not psychological, medical, legal, educational, or therapeutic advice, and no professional relationship is created by downloading it. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are concerned about your child's wellbeing, safety, or development, speak to a licensed professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
Parenting outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We make no promise about the results you will get from using the Playbook.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw this page or the Playbook at any time, and we may update the Playbook without notice. We do not promise the page will be uninterrupted or error free.
This page may link to sites we do not control, including Instagram, Amazon, and our other pages. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archangel Global and its owners, officers, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from this page or the Playbook. Our total liability for any claim relating to this page or the Playbook will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archangel Global and its owners, officers, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Playbook.
Any comment, reply, direct message, review, testimonial, photo, or video you send us about the Playbook or our content is given voluntarily. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce and display it, in whole or in part, in our marketing, on our pages, and in our social content, with or without your name. If you do not want something used that way, email [email protected] and we will stop using it going forward.
Any claim arising out of this page or the Playbook must be brought within one year after it arose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. The revised version applies to use of the page from the date it is posted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Subject to section 18, the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction, and both of us consent to that venue.
If a dispute arises, both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve it by direct negotiation first. If it is not resolved within thirty days, it will be settled by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, and either of us may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property. Disputes will be resolved individually and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed and the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy below, are the entire agreement about this page and the Playbook.
This policy covers the Parent Prompt Playbook page at gabeshirey.com, the form on it, and the emails we send as a result. It does not cover Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Amazon, or any other platform where you may find our content. Those have their own policies. Archangel Global is the controller of the information described here.
To request the Playbook you submit:
That is the entire form. We do not ask for a phone number, a mailing address, or payment information on this page.
If you email us or reply to one of our messages, we also hold whatever you write.
When you visit the page, we and our providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and whether you submitted the form. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and there is no advertising pixel on this page. We share information only with providers who process it on our behalf, under contract:
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect rights or safety, or to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Essential cookies make the page and the form work and cannot be turned off.
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people reach this page and how many request the Playbook. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes the data described in section 3 on our behalf. You can opt out across all sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, though parts of the page may not work as intended. Where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request. We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. It does not delete your record, and we may still reply to you if you contact us directly.
We keep your information for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward, so that we can honor your unsubscribe, keep proof of your consent, and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and rely on established providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Nevada residents may direct us not to sell their covered personal information. We do not sell it and we will confirm that on request.
California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties it is disclosed to, and may request deletion or correction. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We respond within the time the applicable law requires.
This page and the Playbook are written for parents and other adults. They are not directed to children. We do not intend for this page to be used by anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Do not submit information about your child through this page. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
We operate in the United States and this page is intended for people in the United States. If you submit information from outside the United States, it will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from the law where you live.
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new date. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email.
